Features

Clear RTV silicone that resists weathering, thermal cycling, shrinking, or cracking.

One-component RTV, adhesive sealant and high temperature gasketing compound
Clear, viscous, non-sag, low volatile product which emits small amounts of acetic acid during cure to an elastomeric rubber
Bonds most substrates including silicone rubber
Gasket dressing and sealant to upgrade conventional metal and specialty pre-cut gaskets
Formed-in-place gasket to replace preformed gaskets
Seals and encapsulates heating elements in electrical appliances
Sealant and adhesive for assembly and repair of industrial furnaces, boilers, exhaust stocks and high temperature ducting
Fills gaps to 6mm
Temperature range: -70°C to +315°C

Applications

For valve covers, sumps, intake manifold end seals, timing covers, water pumps and thermostat housings
Suitable for sealing of joints where resistance to high thermal cycling is required
