Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders are sent within 24 hours of payment received. Orders are shipped with Australia Post / DHL express and are expected to arrive between
2-7 working days (orders within Australia)


- International orders may take longer depending on location we are shipping to and are subject to customs laws of that country.

If you have not received your item within this time please contact us.



WHAT can be returned?
We accept returns on all items providing they have not been used or removed from packaging.

- Electrical returns/warranties are subject to bench testing to prove the part is faulty (allow 2 weeks for processing)
- Gaskets will not be eligible for return if they are removed from packaging or fitted prior.
- Any part being returned that is faulty will be subject to suppliers warranty terms and may take up to 2 weeks for processing.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All returns need to be sent to us for processing within 30 days of purchase date.

HOW do customers return items?
Please return items via Australia Post or any preferred carrier.  Please include with your item a small note with your name & contact phone number on it so we can contact you with any questions while processing the return.

SHIPPING for returns?
If a part is faulty or does not suit the vehicles we have stated, then a full refund will be given.
If the customer has purchased the wrong item or does not require the part - then a refund less shipping will be given.

CREDIT for returns?
We will credit you the same way you have originally purchased the item: Paypal, POS card etc.

Instore return option?
We accept returns at our place of business if it's convenient for you by appointment only
