Threebond liquid gasket, RTV silicone high temperature, 250c grey 250gm tubes, superior resistance to engine and gear oil, use for transmissions with multiple covers, oil pans, diff housings, oil and water pumps, excellent for race teams.

Threebond 1215 is ideal for anyone with flanges to seal against water or oil in general engineering, power plants, power transmission, marine engines, gearboxes, or agricultural equipment. 1215 is also used extensively in high-tech, high-quality applications within the motorcycle or car performance aftermarkets and motorsport sectors.

ThreeBond 1215 is OEM specified by the majority of global motor vehicle producers - it is solvent free, low odour and non-acidic liquid gasket base on RTV-Silicone. Within a very short time it forms a rubber-like highly elastic gasket completely adapted to the surface structure of the flange facing. ThreeBond 1215 has been designed specifically for efficient application as a sealant in the automotive sector for extremely high chemical resistance, for example in gearboxes, oil pans, water pumps and front covers. It exhibits very good chemical resistance against oils, outstanding mechanical resistance against shearing forces and excellent adhesion even to slightly polluted surfaces. It also offers zero shrinkage and instantaneous impermeability for pressure and fire tests.
